View all your uploaded exam results, edit individual scores, delete results, and export data for analysis.
Page Layout
Exam List (Left Sidebar)
A list of all exams you've created, showing:
- Exam title
- Subject
- Class
- Term and year
- Number of results
- Delete button
Filter Controls
Filter exams by:
- Term - Select Term 1, 2, or 3
- Year - Select academic year
- Subject - Filter by subject
- Class - Filter by class name
Results Table (Main Area)
When you select an exam, the results table shows:

Editing Individual Scores
- Click the edit icon (✎) next to any score
- An input field appears with the current score
- Enter the new score (must be between 0 and total marks)
- Click the checkmark (✓) to save or X to cancel
- The grade is automatically recalculated
Tip: Grades update instantly when you save a new score. You don't need to manually recalculate grades.
Deleting Results
Delete Individual Result
- Click the trash icon (🗑) next to the result
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
- The result is removed from the exam
Delete Entire Exam
- Click the trash icon next to the exam in the sidebar
- Read the warning about cascade deletion
- Confirm to delete the exam and ALL its results
Warning: Deleting an exam removes ALL results for that exam. This action cannot be undone.
Analytics Dashboard
Above the results table, you'll see key statistics:
- Average Score - Mean score of all students
- Highest Score - Best performance
- Lowest Score - Needs attention
- Pass Rate - Percentage of students with C- or above
Searching Results
Use the search bar to find specific results by:
- Admission number
- Student name
- Grade
Exporting Results
- Select an exam from the list
- Click the "Export CSV" button
- A CSV file downloads with all results
The exported file includes:
- Admission number
- Student name
- Score
- Grade
- Remarks
Grade Color Coding
Grades are color-coded for easy identification:
- Green - A and A-
- Blue - B+, B, B-
- Yellow - C+, C, C-
- Red - D+, D, D-, E
