    Account Setup

    Follow these steps to create and set up your Celebra account based on your role.

    Getting the App

    Before creating an account, you need to access the Celebra platform. You can do this in two ways:

    📱 Mobile App

    Download the official Celebra app from the Google Play Store for the best experience on mobile devices.

    🌐 Web Portal

    Access the full-featured web platform directly through your browser. Ideal for teachers and principals.

    Creating an Account

    You can create an account directly through the app or website. Alternatively, you can contact your school administration to have an account set up for you.

    1. Visit the Login Page - Open the app or go to /login on the website
    2. Click "Sign Up" - Toggle to the registration form
    3. Fill in Your Details:
      • Full Name
      • Email Address
      • Password (minimum 8 characters)
      • Select your role (Teacher, Principal, or Student)
      • School/Faculty name
    4. Verify Email - Check your inbox for a verification email

    Important

    Teacher and Student accounts require verification before they can access the dashboard. Teachers are verified by principals, and students are verified by their class teachers.

    Role-Specific Setup

    👨‍💼 Principal Setup

    Principals have the highest access level and can:

    • Access the dashboard immediately after email verification
    • Set up school/faculty information
    • Configure class structures and forms
    • Review and approve teacher registrations

    First-Time Setup: After logging in, go to Settings to configure your school's forms and classes structure.

    👩‍🏫 Teacher Setup

    After registration, teachers need to:

    1. Wait for principal approval (you'll receive an email notification)
    2. Once approved, log in to access the Teacher Dashboard
    3. Complete your profile with subject specializations
    4. Start verifying students in your assigned class

    👨‍🎓 Student Setup

    Students should:

    1. Register with their school admission number
    2. Wait for class teacher verification
    3. Once verified, access grades and assignments

    Login Process

    1. Enter Email

      Use the email you registered with

    2. Enter Password

      Your secure password

    3. Select Role

      Choose Teacher, Principal, or Student

    4. Access Dashboard

      Redirected to your role-specific dashboard

    Forgot Password?

    If you've forgotten your password:

    1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
    2. Enter your registered email address
    3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
    4. Create a new password

    Profile Management

    After logging in, you can update your profile from the dashboard:

    • Update profile picture
    • Change password
    • Update contact information
    • Teachers: Add/remove subjects you teach
