Principal Settings

Configure your account settings, manage your profile, and customize your Celebra experience.

Account Management

Access your settings from the user menu in the top-right corner or through the sidebar navigation.

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Manage your profile information:

  • Full Name - Your display name across the platform
  • Email Address - Used for login and notifications
  • Phone Number - Optional contact number
  • Profile Picture - Upload your photo
  • Bio - Brief description (shown in Principal Network)

School Information

Your school details are linked from your verification:

  • School Name - Verified school name
  • School Code - Unique identifier
  • Location - School address/county
  • School Type - Primary, Secondary, etc.

Note

School information is linked to your verified account and cannot be changed directly. Contact support if your school information needs updating.

Security Settings

Password & Authentication

Change Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click Save Changes

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character recommended

Account Security

  • Active Sessions - View and manage logged-in devices
  • Login History - Review recent login activity
  • Sign Out Everywhere - Log out from all devices

Control how you receive notifications:

Theme & Appearance

  • Light Mode - Standard light theme
  • Dark Mode - Reduced eye strain in low light
  • System Default - Follows your device settings

Data Management

Export Data

Download your school data for backup or reporting:

  • Export student lists (CSV/Excel)
  • Export exam results (CSV/Excel)
  • Export attendance records
  • Download analytics reports (PDF)

Account Deletion

Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including school management access, will be lost.

If you need to delete your account, please contact support with your reasons.
