Solutions to common issues principals may encounter while using Celebra.
Account Issues
Cannot see school data
Cause: Your account may not be properly linked to a school.
Solution: Contact support to verify your school/faculty assignment.
Teacher Management Issues
Teacher not appearing in pending list
Cause: Teacher may have registered with wrong school name.
Solution: Ask the teacher to verify their registration details match your school.
Cannot remove teacher with students
Cause: Students are still assigned to this teacher's class.
Solution: Reassign students or select a replacement teacher during removal.
Event Management Issues
Event not appearing for teachers
Cause: Event may be set to faculty-specific instead of school-wide.
Solution: Edit the event and check the "All School" option.
Analytics Issues
Analytics showing no data
Cause: No exam results have been uploaded yet.
Solution: Ensure teachers have uploaded exam results for the selected term/year.
