    Attendance Analytics

    Class Performance

    View attendance trends across classes:

    • Average attendance percentage per class
    • Classes with highest/lowest attendance
    • Attendance trends over time (improving/declining)
    • Comparison between different forms

    Individual Student Tracking

    Monitor students who need attention:

    • Students with attendance below threshold (e.g., <80%)
    • Chronic absenteeism patterns
    • Late arrival patterns
    • Students with improving attendance

    Attendance Threshold Alert

Students with attendance below 75% may face academic challenges. The system highlights these students automatically so you can take proactive measures.

    Generating Reports

    Available Reports

    • Daily Attendance Report - All classes for a specific day
    • Class Attendance Report - Single class over a date range
    • Student Attendance Report - Individual student's full record
    • Term Summary Report - Complete term attendance statistics

    Export Options

Export attendance data for external use:

    • PDF - For printing and formal records
    • Excel/CSV - For further analysis
    • Print - Direct printing from the browser

    Teacher Responsibility

While principals can view all attendance records, the actual marking of attendance is done by class teachers. Teachers mark attendance daily for their assigned classes, and the data appears in your dashboard in real-time.

    Teacher Attendance Duties

    • • Class teachers mark attendance at the beginning of each school day
    • • Teachers can update attendance status throughout the day if needed
    • • Late arrivals are recorded with the time of arrival
    • • Excused absences require a reason/note
