Login Issues
Cannot Log In
Problem: Invalid credentials or unable to log in
Solutions:
- Double-check your email address for typos
- Ensure Caps Lock is off when entering password
- Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset
- Make sure you are using the email registered with your school
- Contact your teacher if you never received login credentials
Forgot Password
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Follow the link to create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Tip: Check your spam folder if you do not receive the password reset email.
App Performance Issues
App Not Loading Data
Problem: Grades, assignments, or other data not showing
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection (try opening a website)
- Pull down on the screen to refresh
- Close and reopen the app
- Switch between WiFi and mobile data
- Check if Celebra is having server issues (ask classmates)
App Crashing or Freezing
Problem: App stops working or becomes unresponsive
Solutions:
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your phone
- Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Celebra → Clear Cache)
- Update to the latest version from Play Store
- If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app
Grade-Related Issues
Missing Exam Results
Problem: Results for an exam are not showing
Possible Reasons:
- Your teacher has not posted results yet
- Your admission number may be entered incorrectly
- There may be a delay in data syncing
What to Do:
- Wait a day or two - results may still be getting posted
- Ask your classmates if they can see their results
- Contact your class teacher to verify your records
Incorrect Grades Displayed
Important
If you believe a grade is incorrect, please speak with your class teacher directly. They can verify and update your results in the system. Do not contact Celebra support for grade disputes - only your teacher can make corrections.
Account Issues
Wrong School or Class
Problem: Your account shows wrong school or class information
What to Do:
- Contact your class teacher or school administrator
- They can update your information in the system
- You may need to create a new account with correct details
Cannot Access Study Materials
- Check that materials are available for your class level
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Try downloading materials when on WiFi
- Ask your teacher if specific materials should be available
Notification Issues
Not Receiving Notifications
Check These Settings:
- Open phone Settings → Apps → Celebra → Notifications
- Ensure notifications are enabled
- Check that Celebra is not in battery optimization mode
- Make sure Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications
Installation Issues
Cannot Install the App
- Ensure your phone runs Android 6.0 or higher
- Check that you have enough storage space
- Download only from the official Play Store
- If installation fails, restart your phone and try again
